CASE STUDIES

Case Study: Berkeley Castle
At Berkeley Elizabeth Halls conducted a review of the whole organisation and implemented new strategies to raise the profile of the Castle, improve its visitor numbers and the visitor experience, and to put it on a more solid footing for the future. She carried out a thorough upgrade of the operational, conservational and services infrastructures, created a new events programme and improved and upgraded the weddings side of the business. She put a marketing strategy together which included new branding, photography, design, print and website and carried out targeted PR and marketing to replace previous ineffectual and expensive advertising. Visitor numbers virtually doubled in her three years in tenure.
Case Study: ONE North East Tourism Awards
Heritage Arts & Leisure operated in a team partnership with the 360 Tourism Consulting Group; specifically devising new approaches and individual category assessment criteria and matrices for the 2008 regional ONE North East Quality Awards assessment; carrying out on-site mystery assessments and reports.

Case Study: Lowe Farm B&B and Cotswold Conference Centre
With Quality at Heart, Elizabeth Halls worked with 5-star Gold award-winnig Lowe Farm B&B to enhance business practice and customer service, developing a portfolio of customer service quality improvement over a two-year period. She also arranged a reciprocal mentoring visit for proprietor Juliet Williams with another of her Quality at Heart clients, the Cotswold Conference Centre, which achieved Gold Servicemark, Peoplemark and Businessmark awards under the Quality at Heart quality assessment scheme.

Case Study: Neasom Fine Art
Heritage Arts & Leisure created a bespoke website for Neasom Fine Art, selling prints online by the renowned artist Norman Neasom. www.neasomfineart.co.uk The brief was a website that reflected the quality of Neasom's work. The client had a strong idea and given composites of the "look" that was required and Heritage Arts & Leisure ensured that the finished website reflected this as closely as possible. Hosting, e-commerce programming and back-end support by Heritage Arts & Leisure's associate partner net-results.
